We stand behind our products. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll replace it or refund you within 30 days—no need to send anything back.

30‑Day Quality Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you received, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll investigate and make it right.

Replacements and refunds
If our quality assurance team validates your claim (for example: misprint, damage, wrong item, or significant colour/print issue), we will happily send a complimentary replacement.
We’d much rather fix any problems and send a new item to make sure you’re happy with your order.
If a replacement isn’t possible or you don’t want to wait for a new order, please let us know when you contact us and we’ll issue a refund instead.

Made-to-order, no physical returns
Our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we currently don’t support traditional returns (sending items back to us).
If you’d like a different size, colour, or design, you’re welcome to place a new order, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of the new item.
